Relocation of manufacturing technology

In cooperation with reliable partners, we provide for the relocation of manufacturing machinery and facilities up to 30 tonnes, including disassembly in the original location, loading into the transport carrier, reassembly and reconnection to the power network. Consultation, the arrangement of any transport formalities, preparation of documentation, and a review of other construction approval issues are also included.

    We took care of operations which were both logistically and materially demanding in moving individual manufacturing machines (CNC center, machine tools and technological units) from the old building to the new manufacturing facility.
    At the new IFE CR facility,we took care of utility distribution – high-voltage electrical service, pressurized air and the distribution of technological water. Everything was undertaken with an eye to minimizing and optimizing the investor’s manufacturing downtime.
    IFE CR is part of the mechanical engineering firm Knorr-Bremse, GmBH, headquartered in Munich, Germany. The company is currently the largest specialized manufacturer of doors for rolling stock in Europe, with a capacity of 25,000 doors per year.

  • We arranged for the complete relocation of the manufacturing section of PSM International.
    The relocation consisted of moving approximately 60 machines (CNC center, manufacturing machines and others) from a manufacturing plant at Willenhall (GB) to the new plant in Brno (CR). Here, the machines were connected to utilities (high-voltage electrical service, pressurized air) and were placed back into operation. Mechanical and electrical equipment on several machines was also partially repaired.
    PSM International was established in 1931 and today is a member of the McKechnie Group, active in more than 20 countries around the globe. Apart from component manufacturer – mounting and fastening systems – the company provides technical support, applications engineering, project management and customer service, all at a very high level of expertise.

  • For Chepos a.s. we provided disassembly, detailed repairs, movement and installation of production lines for the manufacture of chips. Installation and putting into operation of the technology repaired took place in Moscow.
